Here's how you can use the attachment node under bot replies👇
⦿ Begin at Konverse dashboard
⦿ Choose Story builder from the left panel
⦿ Use the text node and start the conversation with a warm greeting from the bot
⦿ Add two buttons - talk to an agent & know more
⦿ Use the attachment node and attach a PDF file under the no more button
⦿ Test the bot
Here, when a customer chooses the 'know more' button, the bot sends the PDF attachment with the options to view and download.
