• Log into Konverse dashboard
• Choose settings from the left panel
• Click on the channel's icon
• Choose WhatsApp template from the drop-down
• Give your new template a name, category, and language
• Attach videos, images, or doc if needed
• Type your message content, include parameters like CTA or quick reply
• Preview and submit
