Working with Campaigns
Working with WhatsApp campaign is easy with Konverse. Simply go to campaigns and see the magic for yourself.

Basis actions that are taken by a user on WhatsApp chatbot interaction, the campaign manager will help segment users on the basis of behaviour exhibited.
The Campaign Section on Konverse Platform is the place where you can view all the WhatsApp engagement analytics. Here you can view the graphical representation of your Whatsapp campaign which includes the status of the messages, no of people unsubscribed from the service etc.
The analytics dashboard gives you a quick overview of all sent and received messages, chats, also you can see the analysis for a particular time period by setting the start & end date
Also you may add New Campaign & Schedule it by simply following the steps below-
- Go to Campaign present on Side Navigation bar
- In the Campaign section, click on New Campaign
- You will then be taken to the “Schedule a New Campaign” screen, which allows you to add the Name and Choose a WhatsApp Template for your campaign.
Template- WhatsApp message templates are specific message formats that businesses use to send out notifications or customer care messages to people that have opted in to notifications. Messages can include appointment reminders, shipping information, issue resolution or payment updates.
- By clicking on Broadcast the Campaign will be scheduled for Broadcast or you may save it as a draft .
